" الرئم "

Holy_bible_1

Plur. רְאֵמִים Ps. 29:6; also רֵמִים Ps. 22:22; m. a wild animal, fierce and untamed, resembling an ox, as a wild ass resembles an ass (Job loc. cit. Deut. loc. cit. comp. Isa. 34:7; Ps. 29:6; where עֵגֶל calf is parallel to בֶּן־רְאֵמִים); possessed of horns, with which it prostrates every thing (Deut.), and injures men (Psalm 22:22 [but this is figurative]). The animal meant is doubtful; I have no hesitation in agreeing with Alb. Schultens, Job loc. cit. and de Wette on Psalm 22:22; in understanding it to be the buffalo. The Arabic word, indeed, which answers to this رِيءْمُ denotes the oryx, a large and fierce species of antelope (Oppian. Cyneget. ii. 445), a meaning which has also been assigned to the Hebrew word by Bochart (Hieroz. i. p. 948, seqq.), Rosenmuüller and others; but whatever they say, every one must see that it is much more suitable to compare the buffalo with the ox than the antelope;—(of these animals there is an excellent collection in the Zoological Museum at Berlin). The usage of the Arabic language, therefore, in this word, as is often the case, resembles the Hebrew without being altogether identical; and the larger antelopes appear to have acquired the name of buffaloes in Arabic, just as they are called in Greek βούβαλος, βουβαλίς, and just as the Arabs call animals of the deer kind الو حشى البقر wild bulls.—LXX. rendered it μονοκέρως, Vulg. unicornis, an animal described by Pliny (H. N. viii. 21) which has been long considered by naturalists (especially since the time of Buffon) as fictitious and fabulous; but English travellers have of late found it in the deserts of Thibet (see Rosenmüller’s Morgenland, ii. p. 269 seq.; Quarterly Review, No. 47). But this interpretation cannot be admitted, as the unicorn is more like a horse than an ox, and also is a very rare animal, while the Rêm, as appears from the passages cited, is common enough in Palestine and the neighbouring regions.

Unicorne = Vnicorne

وكان بالفعل هناك حيوان وحيد القرن من فصيلة الغزلان او من الماعز واندثر وصورته

ورغم تاكدي بان الانجيل يتكلم عن الثور الوحشي كما اوضحت في المعني العبري ولكن لو تماشيت مع شبهة المشكك فهناك وحيد القرن بالفعل ولكن ليس الحيوان الاسطوري هو فقط من الماعز وهذا الفديو يوضح

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wz1L8m3O9Nk

الفلجاتا

(Vulgate) quasi primogeniti tauri pulchritudo eius cornua rinocerotis cornua illius in ipsis ventilabit gentes usque ad terminos terrae hae sunt multitudines Ephraim et haec milia Manasse

والفلجاتا عبر عنه باسم وحيد القرن

rinoceros

والذي يطلق عليه وحيد القرن ولكن هذا غير دقيق لانه لديه قرنين وقوي ولكن ليس سريع الحركه ولا يعيش في الصحراء

والان ملخص الشبهة

unicorn

لو سئلت أحد اهل الكتاب ما هو الرئم فسوف يذهب سريعا الى معجم الالفاظ العسرة للكتاب المقدس و سيجد انه هو الثور الوحشى و لو بحث فى الانترنت فى مواقعه الموثوقه له مثل بوب كرولوس او الانبا تكلا فسيجد الاتى :

http://popekirillos.net/ar/bible/dictionary/read.php?id=684

http://www.al-madinah.org/madina/sections.php?sid=17842

From H1758; the leaper, that is, an antelope: - pygarg.

(LXX) ἔλαφονκαὶδορκάδακαὶβούβαλονκαὶτραγέλαφονκαὶπύγαργον, ὄρυγακαὶκαμηλοπάρδαλιν·

(FDB) le cerf, et la gazelle, et le daim, et le bouquetin, et le dishon, et le boeuf sauvage, et le mouflon.

(Vulgate) cervum capream bubalum tragelaphum pygargon orygem camelopardalum

Adam Clarke, LL.D., F.S.A., (1715-1832)

Deu 14:5 -

The pygarg -דישןdishon. As this word is nowhere else used, we cannot tell what animal is meant by it. The word pygargπυγαργος, literally signifies white buttocks, and is applied to a kind of eagle with a white tail; but here it evidently means a quadruped. It was probably some kind of goat, common and well known in Judea.

الترجمة التفسيرية :

דישןهذة الكلمة غير مستخدمة فى غير هذا الموضع و لا نستطيع تحديد اى حيوان تعنى . كلمة pygarg ) πυγαργος) تشير الى خلفية بيضاء و يمكن تطبيق ذلك على نوع من النسور بزيل ابيض و لكن هنا تشير بشكل واضح الى حيوان من ذوات الاربع . و ربما يشير الى نوع من الماعز معروف لليهود .

Jamieson, A. R. Fausset and David Brown

Deu 14:5 -

pygarg — a species of antelope (Oryx addax) with white buttocks, wreathed horns two feet in length, and standing about three feet seven inches high at the shoulders. It is common in the tracks which the Israelites had frequented [Shaw].

http://nationalzoo.si.edu/Animals/Af.../fact-oryx.cfm
